For the past 15 years, the Facilities Information and Technology Services (FITS) team has been on a transformative journey evolving from traditional computer-aided design (CAD) to building information modeling (BIM). The shift has reshaped how the university plans, builds and cares for campus, empowering teams with smarter data, richer visualization and a foundation for the next generation of facility management.
