Owner Plans for Ohio State’s Columbus and regional campus buildings are available in the following file formats: Revit (.rvt), AutoCAD (.dwg), Adobe PDF (.pdf), and International Foundation Class (.ifc).
Owner Plans can be accessed from a variety of ways:
File Share:
The Office of Technology and Digital Innovation (OTDI) file share is accessible for Wexner Medical Center (WMC) users utilizing WMC-issued equipment. Instructions on how to set up file share access can be found in OTDI’s Knowledge Base Article for Accessing from Wexner Medical Center. Any issues connecting to the file share should be directed to the IT Service Desk at 614.688.HELP (4375) or through the Self Service Portal at https://ocio.osu.edu/selfservice.
OneDrive:
Owner Plans are available through OneDrive (https://go.osu.edu/osu_floor_plans). If you do not currently have access to our OneDrive Owner Plan location, submit a new FITS Request and choose the Owner Plan Access Request. Note in the Short Description field that you would like access to our One Drive Owner Plans.
SIMS Archived Projects:
Owner Plans are available for download through SIMS Archived Projects by following the download owner models and floor plans instructions. If you do not currently have access to SIMS, submit a new FITS Request and choose the SIMS Access Request.
