This article demonstrates how to download owner plans. See the SIMS User Guide for other instructional SIMS articles.
Downloading Owner Plans allows users to download basic floor plans for buildings. Owner Plans are available in PDF, IFC, and Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit file formats.
- Click on the hamburger menu in the upper left then select the Archived Projects module.
- (Optional) Enter “PDF”, "DWG", "RVT", or "IFC" for File Type if one is preferred.
- Enter the building number for Building/Asset.
- (Optional) If you don't know the building number, change the search field to Building Name by clicking the down arrow then enter the building name.
- Enter “Owner Plan” for Project Number.
- Click Apply.
- Select the desired result.
- Click the download icon, a down arrow with a line underneath. Open the downloaded ZIP file to see the selected files saved to your computer.
