Campus Map Version 1.1.0

Changes:

1. Style improvements for point symbols
   1. Resolved issue with encoded pixelization.
   2. ESRI bug reported for custom SVGs closing paths that should be left open, altering the symbols.
2. Updated SDK to 1.15
3. Added scheduling abbreviation data ot tables, search, and pop-ups.
4. Enabled fuzzy search for all searchable data.
5. Added dynamic labeling to buildings and points of interest.
6. Automated building information pulls, see internal scripts KB.
7. Multiple WCAG 2.1 AA improvements related to UI and style. 
8. Added a default photo for buildings without a facade photo.
9. Removed the campus boundary. 
10. Altered data ordering for buildings to accommodate the label/pop-ups behavior for buildings. 
11. Added release notes.
12. Docked pop-up in corner.

Known Bugs/Issues:

1. Selection of selections is possible creating unintended behavior with pop-ups.
2. Custom SVG symbols close certain paths that should not close on point symbols.
