Description

Project Managers are invited to attend upcoming office hours with Jovian Chapman, Facilities Data Administrator at FITS. Jovian is responsible for the management of Archived Projects, SIMS/BIM360 access requests, and Autodesk Licensing. Project Managers will be able to connect, ask questions, and share feedback related to project archives, BIM360, SIMS, and project closeout documentation.

These sessions are informal and discussion‑based. Whether you have specific questions, want clarification on requirements, or simply want to put a face to a name and become more familiar with available tools and processes, you’re welcome to attend.

Topics may include:

  • Archived projects contents/searching
  • Project closeout and record document requirements
  • SIMS
  • Getting started with BIM360
  • BIM360/Archived Projects training needs and feedback
  • Autodesk access and licensing questions
